As the child of first-generation Vietnamese immigrants, I’m proud to call Houston my home. After graduating from the University of Houston, I joined forces with my father, Duc Doan, to help empower our Vietnamese community by demystifying financial products and making them accessible. Working alongside him, I witnessed firsthand the relentless work ethic of our people, who dedicate their lives to supporting their families and ensuring their children uphold the same values of hard work and perseverance. Inspired by this, I made it my mission to simplify financial products and make them easily accessible to those who need them the most.

In early 2016, my father made the decision to retire, just as I was preparing to welcome my first daughter into the world. It was the perfect timing, though—his decision to pass the torch to me was both an honor and a challenge. Juggling the transition to becoming the sole leader of a successful business while navigating the early days of motherhood was no small feat. I am forever grateful to my team for helping me manage both transitions so seamlessly.

Today, I am the proud mother of three: two beautiful daughters and a playful French bulldog! My passion for educating and assisting all my clients remains stronger than ever. I’m dedicated not only to helping everyone understand the benefits of financial products, but also to guiding them through the complexities of the financial world.

When I'm not working, my family and I love exploring Houston’s culinary scene and seeking out new adventures together. In my rare moments of relaxation, I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, and binge-watching the latest TV series.
